Hi. I am Viv, a fitness enthusiast, remedial massage therapist and entrepreneur. I was born in Germany and I love traveling and living abroad, which is why I call the entire world my home.

Besides achieving personal and professional goals, I believe it is extremely important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to respect our bodies. We can only experience and appreciate the most beautiful things in life by developing our physical and mental capacities.
