Celery Juice – A Healing Power?
What is the mysterious power of celery juice? Some of you might have heard of the healing movement that has been building for decades, also known as the “Global Celery Juice Movement”. Some of you might read about it for the first time. Either way, let’s have a closer look and see what the fuss is all about.
ANTHONY WILLIAM – THE MEDICAL MEDIUM
It all started with a guy called Anthony William, known as the “Medical Medium”. When he was about 4 years old, he surprised his family by announcing that his grandmother had lung cancer. Even though she had no symptoms, she went to see a doctor who confirmed Anthony’s assertion.
On top of being gifted in “guessing” people’s conditions, he also knows how to heal them. Quoting his own website, he “was born with the unique ability to converse with the Spirit of Compassion, who provides him with extraordinarily accurate health information that’s far ahead of its time.”
It might sound weird at first, but after looking deeper into it, it turns out that the Medical Medium has been very successful in helping people all around the world to recover from a variety of health conditions. His talent is not only highly appreciated by the ill but also by doctors who need his support to solve some of their most difficult cases.
Anthony’s advice has changed the life of millions of people. One of his healing tips is consuming celery juice. Sounds very simple, but there are a few rules to follow in order to get the best benefit. Anthony explains exactly how to consume the juice and what effect it can have on which condition in his book “Celery Juice“, published in May 2019. He also is the author of “ Medical Medium“, “Life-Changing Foods“, “Thyroid Healing“, “Liver Rescue” and “Cleanse to Heal“.
LET’S MAKE CELERY JUICE
The following way of preparing celery juice is the most beneficial one, according to Anthony William’s experience.
1) WASHING
Buy fresh, plain celery and wash it properly before juicing, especially if it’s conventional and not organic celery.
2) JUICING
We suggest cutting the celery into small pieces (not necessary, but easier) before running it through a juicer. If you don’t have a juicer, a high-speed blender can be used as well. In that case, make sure to strain the juice after to remove all the pulp. (Having tried both devices, we would definitely recommend a juicer.)
Important: Don’t mix the celery with any other ingredient! Have it solo!
3) DRINKING
Anthony recommends a daily intake of 16 ounces (= a little less than 0,5litre), every morning, on an empty stomach. If 16 ounces is too much for you to begin with, you can always start with a smaller amount and slowly increase over time.
Important: Wait at least 15-30 minutes after drinking the juice before consuming anything else!
THE BENEFITS OF CELERY JUICE
So far, there are no studies that have been done on celery juice and its impact on chronic diseases. There have been a few studies on celery itself, but not on celery juice and especially not on the preparation / recipe that Anthony recommends.
That explains why it is a highly controversial topic on the internet. As stated on his website, “If someone is seeking proof that celery juice works, they need only look to the hundreds of thousands of people voluntarily sharing their healing stories with others online.”2
The Medical Medium speaks a lot about the benefits of drinking celery juice daily and the main ones are improvement, relief and healing from all kinds of acute and chronic illnesses and symptoms, including:

Well, Anthony explains that something within the juice, called “sodium cluster salts”, kills off pathogens and unwanted bacteria. They also neutralize toxins, restore hydrochloric acid over time and help the liver produce bile, which is important for a strong digestion. Besides the sodium cluster salts, it apparently contains an undiscovered vitamin C that is only found in celery and can help with healing and strengthening the body.

MY CONCLUSION
Just because there is hardly any scientific proof that celery juice can heal chronic and acute conditions, that doesn’t mean it will not work, but it also doesn’t mean it will.
Who ever has checked out the two websites above, or any other research outcome, will have to agree that the stunning information about celery makes it easy to believe that celery juice is the healing herb (yes, it is not only a vegetable, also a herb) of our time.
